Qualifications

• Level 2 ASA Swimming Teacher qualification is essential.
• Current Rescue Test for Teachers or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification required.
• 1 - 2 years teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured swimming lessons in line with the ASA Learn to Swim framework.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and guardians.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Ability to engage children and maintain their attention in a learning environment

Proactive and reliable work ethic

Understanding of child safeguarding and health and safety responsibilities

Education

Level 2 ASA Swimming Teacher qualification
