Commissioning Supervisor | Onshore Wind | Wales | 12 Month Contract
TGRC is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Commissioning Supervisor to lead commissioning activities for onshore wind projects in North Wales. This contract role is ideal for professionals passionate about renewable energy infrastructure.
Role Overview
The Commissioning Supervisor will manage the commissioning phase of wind projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee commissioning processes for wind projects in North Wales.
- Coordinate with project management teams for installation and commissioning.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained.
- Conduct tests to validate turbine and equipment functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues during commissioning.
- Maintain records of activities.
- Train operational staff post-commissioning.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Commissioning Supervisor in wind energy.
- Knowledge of wind turbine mechanical and electrical systems.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects under deadlines.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Contract Duration: 12 months
