As a Warehouse Supervisor at A-SAFE, you'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and make sure every product is handled, packaged, and delivered correctly.

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily targets while maintaining a positive, safety-first culture.
• Ensure quality and compliance by overseeing picking, packing, and labelling processes and addressing any non-conformance issues.
• Keep operations on track by delegating tasks, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Champion safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse, ensuring a clean and organised environment at all times.

About the role: Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It's our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each.
