ITS Building People are recruiting for a Working Supervisor and a Skilled Groundworker on behalf of a well‑established and highly regarded civil engineering outfit, on a project in Hampton, Surrey. Known for completing top quality civil engineering and groundworks packages, they have developed a strong reputation for quality, attention to detail and collaborative package delivery. They are seeking a Working Supervisor with experience in completing all aspects of footings, foundations, drainage as well as all other associated tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing a small team of groundworkers, ensuring safety and quality of works is paramount.
• Complete all aspects of footings, foundations, drainage and all other associated tasks.
• Ensuring works are completed to the best possible quality to uphold the company’s longstanding reputation for high quality.

The ideal candidate will have

• SSSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 preferred)
• Experience within completing all aspects of groundworks, including footings, foundations and drainage.
