Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor :

• Supervise all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with project schedules.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor the performance of electrical subcontractors and direct labour teams to achieve project objectives.
• Uphold and promote rigorous compliance with Health & Safety standards across all site operations.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and clients to drive efficient and coordinated project delivery.
• Apply strong awareness of safe working practices in live environments, ensuring client systems remain fully operational throughout construction.
• Maintain a solid understanding of company policies and procedures, while building and sustaining effective relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
