These services are part of ongoing inspection and rectification across various buildings such as multi-occupancy housing, public buildings, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodations, and security-sensitive offices.
Location: Cross Green, Leeds (accessible via M1, M62 & M621)
Salary: Competitive based on experience and qualifications, plus a Company Car or Car Allowance (£7,200 p/a)
We are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial with drive and focus to support our growth. The role involves supporting the Managing Director, managing commercial functions of passive fire protection projects, overseeing contracts, and leading a team.
Experience in trades is beneficial but not essential; key is previous commercial management experience with a focus on cost control and working with operations to deliver projects on budget and schedule.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day commercial activities, oversee project budgets, and collaborate across departments to improve performance. Experience with main contractor projects in the public or third sector and familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts are required.
