Cleanroom Fitout Construction Manager - Life Sciences - North East England - 12-Month Contract

Our client is a leading specialist in providing project management, cost management, and construction management services. They are undertaking projects across Europe and the UK, offering a fantastic opportunity to join their team.

We have an exciting opportunity with this client to help deliver some of the largest and most prestigious developments in Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the main contractor’s execution of schedule via pull plan, last planner, and other site-based planning activities.
  • Advise on work progress to the client schedulers on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain daily labour reports and provide data to the client schedulers.
  • Collaborate with client engineers and understand deliverables such as System Impact Assessment, Critical Component Impact Assessments, System Boundary Drawings, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Cleanroom and Fitout Construction Manager.
  • Degree qualification in an Engineering, Technical, or Construction Discipline.
  • Tertiary qualification in quality management is advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate Continued Professional Development (CPD).
