The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager based at our office in Knowsley. You will report to the Facilities (CREWS) Manager and oversee the management and coordination of QVC UK's design and construction projects, covering approximately 100,000m² of space within the QVC UK portfolio, including Media Centre, Offices, Fulfilment Centre, Contact Centre, and Retail Store.

Your Impact

• Manage expansions and renovations of all sites, including offices, Fulfilment Centre, Contact Centre, Retail Store, Studios, and other spaces as needed.
• Implement or upgrade building services and utility systems, optimize space use and function, and enhance QVC's brand image.
• Develop specifications, conduct business and planning analysis, manage budgets and project schedules, coordinate resources, and oversee vendor engagement, including procurement processes like RFPs, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Build and maintain a network of third-party design, construction, and project management partners in the UK market.

What You Bring

• Experience managing the full lifecycle of asset development, from business case creation to site selection, project development, completion, and disposal.
• Proven experience in project delivery, including site-based project management and multiple procurement routes.
• Strong customer service skills, safety focus, and responsiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with construction, renovation, and compliance with industrial and governmental regulations.
• Experience working in industrial facilities and office environments, with knowledge of critical systems.
• Proficiency with ICT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and CAD.
• Willingness to travel to other QVC UK locations, including overnight stays.
