Area Valuation Manager (Estate Agency)
Medway, Kent
£20,000 - £25,000 base salary (depending on experience)
£45,000 OTE
Monday - Friday

This role focuses on generating valuations and landlord referrals across our five sales offices in Medway, as well as developing new homes leads over time.

The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, capable of generating their own leads, and building strong relationships with sales teams. The position involves travelling between offices daily to support and convert leads such as buy-to-let investors, incoming calls, and walk-ins.

The right candidate will have:
