As a Deputy Shift Manager working with a recognized customer, you will:

• Support the shift manager and cover for their absence
• Begin your management journey
• Maintain, repair, and support equipment within the scope of the contract
• Ensure delivery meets Dematic and customer expectations, achieving KPI targets
• Perform AMHE equipment servicing and scheduled repairs following manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC, and PC faults
• Prioritize system faults and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain quality standards and record all work accurately
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain product flow and keep on-site spares at optimal levels
• Represent the company professionally and maintain customer relations

Contributing to the team:

• ONC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• IOSH working safely (desirable)
• Experience managing a team (desirable)
• Foundation qualifications in people management (desirable)
• Recognized Engineering Apprenticeship
• Understanding of technical manuals, drawings, control systems, PLCs
• Experience with conveyor systems and working at heights
• Good PC literacy and knowledge of maintenance schedules
