Job Title: Inventory Team Manager

Salary: £39,000 pa plus great benefits

Shifts Available: Sunday-Thursday 06:00-14:30, Monday-Friday 06:00-14:30 or Monday-Friday 10:00-18:30

Role Overview

Motivating and developing a team of inventory investigators, you'll ensure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs smoothly. You'll report on and be accountable for aspects such as accidents, SOX compliance, team performance, and engagement. You'll collaborate with warehouse teams to develop strategies to reduce stock write-offs, helping to uphold high standards, satisfy customers, and ensure colleagues' safety.

Candidate Profile

With experience in warehousing and team performance management, you should have:

• Strong skills in using reporting, data insights, and team feedback to improve processes
• Broad knowledge of warehouse management systems and stock reporting policies
• Ability to manage change and influence other departments to achieve shared goals
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
