Field Service Engineer

UK Wide Travel & Nights Away

Up To £39,500 Basic + Door To Door Overtime

We are looking for a motivated Multi-Skilled Field Service Engineer to join a service team within the Sheet Metal Industry. Reporting directly to the service manager, you will be a key member in ensuring the company's clients are provided with the top service experience. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development, this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. You will be responsible for installations, service, repairs, and breakdowns of equipment on customers' sites across the UK. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role on the road within a secure and stable company.

Role Description

1. Responding to service calls on a UK basis
2. Breakdown/Repair/Installation of cutting and bending machinery
3. Offering advice and technical support to customers
4. Fault Finding both Electrically & Mechanically
5. Reporting directly to the service manager
6. Full Training Provided on Company Machinery

Skills and Qualifications

1. Service Experience
2. Mechanical/Electrical Qualifications
3. Fault Finding Ability Both Electrical and Mechanical
4. PLC Experience (Desirable)
5. CNC Experience (Desirable)
