- Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 3:45pm

- Oversee daily site operations including general maintenance, minor repairs, and safety checks
- Ensure buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and accessible
- Manage contractor visits and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and college policies
- Drive college vehicles (including minibuses) to transport students and staff between sites or on trips
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle checks, site inspections, maintenance, and supplies
- Full, clean UK driving licence with D1 category (or willingness to obtain MiDAS certification)
- Previous experience in facilities, premises, or site management, ideally in an education or care setting
- Strong working knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and building security procedures
- Practical maintenance skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
