The successful candidate must have an Enhanced DBS which is already on the update service and be immediately available to work as a Clerical Assistant on a short-term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with students, school colleagues, and parents via telephone and email
  • Input data onto bespoke SIMS and MS Office packages
  • Update Microsoft Excel to record confidential information
  • Contact students for missing data, such as personal details and contact details
  • Provide administration support to a busy management team
Skills & Experience
  • Full Enhanced DBS Check available on the update service
  • Previous experience within a similar setting
  • Advanced MS Office skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of using school databases including SIMS
  • Strong diary management and co-ordination skills
