Location: London
Pay: £23 per hour
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, all year round

Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 3:45pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm

Are you a hands-on, reliable professional with a passion for keeping educational environments safe, secure, and running smoothly?

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy London-based college site. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the safety, accessibility, and functionality of the college for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site operations including general maintenance, minor repairs, and safety checks
  • Ensure buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and accessible
  • Manage contractor visits and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and college policies
  • Drive college vehicles (including minibuses) to transport students and staff between sites or on trips
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle checks, site inspections, maintenance, and supplies
What We’re Looking For
  • Full, clean UK driving licence with D1 category (or willingness to obtain MiDAS certification)
  • Previous experience in facilities, premises, or site management, ideally in an education or care setting
  • Strong working knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and building security procedures
  • Practical maintenance skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
