Cleaning Operative

A cleaning services provider in Edinburgh is seeking a Cleaning Operative for part-time work at St James Quarter. Responsibilities include general cleaning tasks, sanitizing facilities, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and can work independently. No previous cleaning experience is required. This position offers a starting hourly rate of £13.15 and a commitment to a paperless policy for employees.

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within the designated shift.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to fulfilling scheduled shifts.
Responsabilidades
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and replenish supplies as necessary.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste by established procedures.
- Clean and polish fixtures and surfaces like mirrors, windows, and countertops.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions provided by management.
