We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic children’s residential home for young people a 11–16 with emotional, behavioural, and social needs. The home operates under a trauma-informed model, placing relationships, safety, and child-centred practice at the heart of everything we do.
