Senior Employment Relations Lead - UK & EMEA
Job summary
A global information services company is seeking a Senior Employment Relations Partner to consult with business leaders in the UK and EMEA. This role involves coaching, conducting workplace investigations, and guiding on employment laws. Candidates should have extensive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and UK laws. This is a maternity cover position offered on an initial 14-month fixed-term contract with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of UK laws governing employment policies.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coach business leaders on workplace matters.
- Field complaints and conduct workplace investigations.
- Analyse ER trends and recommend strategies.
- Assist with training on employment laws.
