As a Colleague Relations Advisor, you’ll be the first port of call for our managers, offering trusted, expert guidance on a variety of employee relations cases. Through clear, confident advice delivered over the phone, you’ll coach and support managers to navigate challenges effectively, getting it right first time. Your objective approach will help build their capability, ensure fair outcomes, and reinforce consistent application of our policies across the organisation.
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility with just two days a week based in our Stockport office. The team operates on a shift pattern between 08 : 00am and 19 : 00pm.
