Job summary
A recruitment agency in the UK is looking for a motivated Resourcing Consultant to join their Central Resourcing team in Liverpool. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for customer service roles and ensuring compliance with recruitment practices. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, be adaptable, and possess prior customer-facing experience. The position offers a flexible hybrid working model with three days in the office and two at home after training.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
- Proactively source and screen candidates for high-volume roles.
- Make daily outbound calls to candidates to meet KPIs.
- Arrange ID validation calls and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and report daily figures to the Team Leader.
