There is an exciting new opportunity to join a well established regional build contractor & developer in the North West to manage a brand new development starting end of Jan 2026. The project comprises a mix of apartment blocks, retail and hotel units with public realm areas. Responsible as Project Lead from the pre-construction stage to operational delivery managing a multi disciplinary site team, chairing subcontractor design meetings, commercial progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.
