I'm currently working with a leading tier one main contractor who have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across the UK. They're now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead an upcoming Project in Cheshire.

• Lead the delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients
• Oversee programme, budget, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures and CDM Regulations
• Drive collaboration and promote best practice across project teams

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for a tier one contractor
• Strong Background delivering education projects (DFE experience highly advantageous)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• confident managing complex projects and multiple work streams
• SMSTS, CSCS and First aid Certification
• Degree or HNC in construction management or Related discipline preferred
