A national children's care provider seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across 4 children's homes in Wiltshire. This permanent role offers a salary up to £65,000 plus bonuses, within a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager, with knowledge of regulatory standards and a commitment to staff development.
