• Lead the tendering and estimation process for high-profile commercial projects
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sector
• Oversee subcontractors and project delivery teams, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain rigorous standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance
• Report regularly to senior leadership on progress and performance

• Proven experience delivering glazing or similar projects in the commercial sector
• Strong track record of managing tenders, budgets, and project deadlines
• Excellent subcontractor and client relationship management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities and drive growth
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
• Industry certifications (e.g. CSCS card) would be advantageous
