There are several streams to the opportunity covering:

1. Technology
2. Integrations
3. Operating Model transformation

Key to the role is following:

1. Ensure the day to day management of the work-streams is seamless and the business stays on track
2. Hold the pen on the papers they will need to go to the oversight committee including the PE investor
