We are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Community Pharmacy Technician in London. The details of the role are as follows:

• Role: Band 5 Pharmacy Technician, Community
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: To be confirmed
• Pay: To be confirmed
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 4 months with potential extension

The post holder will provide comprehensive Medicines Optimisation and Medicines Management services, including technical advice on the safe and secure handling of medicines. The role involves supporting medicines optimisation in patients' homes and collaborating with community healthcare colleagues to ensure seamless patient care. Education and training will be key components of this role, working alongside a multidisciplinary district nursing team, supported by the Lead Pharmacist and District Nursing Clinical Leads.

• NHS experience (minimum 6 months)
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPHC Registration (except for Assistant roles)
