A government agency is seeking an officer to manage risks associated with probationers. You will assess, supervise, and liaise with courts and agencies. Applicants should have experience supporting individuals with personal difficulties and a minimum of 5 GCSEs. The role is hybrid with 37 hours weekly and offers extensive benefits, including annual leave and pension options.

The Probation Service offers a role for an officer who will undertake the full range of work with people on probation before and after sentence, including assessment, sentence implementation, offender management and reporting.
Applicants must complete a short application form and state responses to Civil Service Behaviours and Experience based questions. A Civil Service Judgement Test (CSJT) is required. Successful completion of the CSJT and a full application sift will invite interview. Successful interviewees will be invited to interview.
Hybrid Working arrangements are available where business need allows. The role is based in the UK. Standard full‑time working hours are 37 hours per week excluding unpaid breaks. Where suitable, part‑time, flexible and job‑sharing patterns are considered.
