About The Role

Bespak is looking for a Manufacturing Training Generalist for this permanent role on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £38 - £45K per annum. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.

Days working 37.5 hours in a week. Monday to Friday.

As the Manufacturing Training Generalist your duties will include:

• Deliver effective onboarding and operational training to help new employees achieve competence quickly.
• Support structured training plans and role profiles to develop skilled, consistent, and efficient operators.
• Contribute to career development pathways that align skill growth with business goals to enhance engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date training materials aligned with best practices.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and company governance standards, seeking guidance when needed.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures, reporting incidents, and supporting continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.

Manufacturing Training Generalist Key Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience working as an operator on a pharmaceutical production line
• Experience delivering training both classroom & on the job
• Excellent communication & presentation & organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Basic Knowledge of adult learning theory and models of learning design (eg ADDIE)
• Strong working Knowledge of current good manufacturing practices cGMP
• Working to the Bespak core values

Desirable experience:

• Experience of using basic video editing software (e.g. Adobe Express) is desirable.
• Experience using Articulate 360 software.
• Knowledge or experience of using AGILE methologies.
• Knowledge or experience of change management (e.g. Kotter Kubler-ross, Lewin, etc).
