You’ll ideally have worked in a restaurant or cafe setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm‑to‑fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Caf Team Member you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our clientele.

Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury cafes and farm shops in the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging Caf Team Member to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and in accordance with hygiene and quality standards
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including tables, counters, equipment, and food prep areas
  • Handle payments and operate the till, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory, helping to keep the cafe well‑organized and fully stocked

The on‑target earning potential for this role is 29,801 per annum based on a 40‑hour contract – comprising a base salary of 25,750 plus a qualified estimate of 4,051 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
