A leading equipment services company in the UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage customer repair requests and diagnose equipment issues. Ideal candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 in Land Based Engineering or equivalent and have hands-on experience with heavy earth moving equipment. You will be tasked with responding to customers' field repair and service requests, diagnosing whilst providing comprehensive detail about the nature of the problem to the customer and Finning to create a quote as per the customer's request within a cost‑ and time‑effective manner. You will need to have outstanding customer focus coupled with in‑depth knowledge of plant equipment, the ability to attend site and understand the customer needs, and resolve any mechanical or electrical issues in a safe, timely and cost‑effective manner using the most up‑to‑date dealer software and repair techniques.
