Job Title: Occupational Hygiene Consultancy.
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

We are working closely with an industry leading provider of Occupational Hygiene services in the Midlands region who are now seeking to take on an experienced and hard‑working Occupational Hygiene Consultant. The successful candidate will hold industry recognised qualifications and will have experience working on Manufacturing, Local Authority, Healthcare and Commercial contracts carrying out various workplace assessments such as air monitoring, COSHH assessments, LEV, indoor air quality and legionella. Candidate Requirements

• Will hold industry relevant qualifications e.g. W201, W501, W502, or W503.

• Will have extensive experience working as an Occupational Hygiene Consultant for a reputable provider of Occupational Hygiene services.
• Good IT skills, able to produce detailed reports.
• Able to organise workload in line with company and client needs.
• Well versed in relevant Health and Safety / COSHH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out various workplace assessments including air monitoring, COSHH assessments, noise, fume, dust and HAV (hand, arm vibration) surveys, LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation), indoor air quality and legionella across a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Carrying out site assessments in line with client requirements.
• Conducting emissions testing.
• Recording all results and findings accurately in order to create detailed technical reports.
• Attending site meetings when required, representing the company in a professional manner.
• Providing clients with excellent technical support and advice.
• Undertaking training courses when required to develop and refresh industry relevant knowledge.
• Prioritising work load in line with company and client needs.
