Join Our Team as a Service Co-ordinator!
Location: Camberley
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time 5 days in the office 8.30am to 5pm


Benefits: 20 days annual leave increasing by 1 day each year, birthday OFF, Free gym, Employee of the month!


We're looking for a dynamic and organised Service Co-ordinator to join our vibrant team in Camberley! If you're passionate about providing excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


What You'll Do:
As our Service Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients services. You'll be the go-to person for our clients and team, juggling a variety of tasks to keep everything running like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:



Coordinating Service Requests: Manage incoming service requests and ensure timely responses.
Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently arrange service schedules for our dedicated team.
Customer Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed and satisfied.
Team Support: Assist our technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting: Generate reports and analyse data to help improve our services.


What We're Looking For:



Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
Experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential!
A passion for customer service and a desire to make a difference.
