Job description

Based at our Family Office in The Rheged Centre, Penrith, you will work Monday to Friday and play a key part in the day‑to‑day running of our Commercial Administration Team for our multi million pound business. Reporting to our Data Administration Manager, you will support the buying team and deliver exciting system projects, ensuring product data is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Working alongside our Buyers and Assistant Buyers, you will support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining buying and ordering systems, product and price files, and resolving any queries from sites and suppliers.

Attention to detail is key; you will identify anomalies and ensure naming conventions and data governance protocols are adhered to, raising and resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner.

You will build effective relationships with our commercial, finance, safety and food development teams to ensure our data is accurate, and support other members of the team while developing good working relationships. A multi‑tasking approach is required to carry out project activity and assist the admin team with maintaining the current product file across multiple systems.

You will champion and maintain allergen data across multiple systems, ensuring the safety of our colleagues and customers.

Strong Excel skills and experience using EPOS or finance systems is preferred but not essential.
