A leading pub management company in Whitstable is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the pub’s operations and lead a dedicated team. This role comes with a permanent salaried contract, offering up to £32k per annum, benefits including a performance-based bonus, and opportunities for career progression into a General Manager role. Applicants should have previous experience in a management role within a similar environment and a passion for customer service.

Up to £32k per annum, 35hrs per week, performance based bonus, privilege card discount, Marston’s rewards, progression opportunity into General Manager role.
