A UK government agency is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to lead a delivery team in providing and supporting technology products and services. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, managing team performance, and ensuring delivery within quality and cost standards. Candidates should have experience in technology delivery and team management, with a focus on continuous improvement.
These roles sit in Collaboration and End User Compute, who are responsible for all Home Office end user services, including the provision and support of devices, development and support of applications and business critical services. For example, issuing of devices such as laptops and mobiles, the roll out of Windows 11 and M365 applications such as MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for a single delivery team working to deliver a product within agreed timescales, to cost and quality standards. You will form a partnership with a Product Manager to deliver value against the product vision. You will also work with a variety of stakeholders, translating technical concepts where necessary.
