We are working with an award-winning and well-established professional services firm on the appointment of their newly created position of HR Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a full generalist role, supporting the organisation with HR activities with particular emphasis on Learning & Development. The expectation is that this will be a part-time (4 day) role but we are open to having conversations with individuals who are looking to work 3 days per week or full-time hours.
We are keen to hear from you if you have a passion for and are keen to embrace a role focused on L&D, coaching and positive development. Ideally, you will have the CIPD L5 qualification as a minimum or significant relevant experience. You will have experience and knowledge of developing and driving L&D within medium/large businesses and a good working knowledge of L&D best practice. Ideally, we are looking for someone to work on a part-time (4 day) basis but we would also welcome applications from individuals who are seeking 3 days per week or full-time hours.
