We're looking for a HR Business Partner to work collaboratively as both a member of the people and culture team and the leadership team of your assigned business areas, providing HR expertise in order to improve individual and business performance through a strong proactive and responsive business partnering service and through the development and implementation of people plans, projects, and initiatives.

Critical knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Chartered CIPD status
  • Strong track record in ER / Casework, demonstrating the ability to directly undertake ER / casework as well as guide and advise line managers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills – demonstrating the experience of being a true business partner.
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting leaders and managers with their people responsibilities taking a business partnering approach.
  • Substantial experience in all aspects of employee relations and good knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience of developing business people plans.
  • Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders and strong communication skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Experience of delivering projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products (in particular PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
