We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy within Marketing. This isn’t just about HR—it’s about driving performance, innovation, and culture in one of the most exciting environments in motorsport.

This role is based on site at our Milton Keynes campus.

In this role, you’ll work alongside senior Marketing leaders, ensuring our people strategy aligns with the fast-paced, high-performance nature of our business. Your focus? Maximising potential, optimising structures, and creating a culture where top talent thrives.

  • Business Partnering: You’ll be the go-to trusted advisor for our Marketing leaders, delivering creative and strategic HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Talent & Succession Planning: Identify, develop, and retain our brightest minds, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to keep us ahead of the competition.
  • Shaping Organisational Success: Partner with leadership to design and evolve team structures, ensuring we have the agility to adapt and innovate.
  • Driving People Performance: From coaching managers to enhancing team capability, you’ll ensure our Marketing team is set up for success.
  • Managing Complex People Challenges: From ER case management to identifying people risks, you’ll proactively support leaders in making the best people decisions.
  • Leading & Developing a Team: You’ll mentor and develop a HR Advisor, ensuring they grow and contribute to our high-performance culture.

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Grid:

  • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, ideally within Marketing or a similarly creative and commercial function.
  • A track record of driving strategic people initiatives, from succession planning to organisational design.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing complex people change, inspiring teams, and leading through transformation.
  • CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential if you have relevant industry experience.

Why Join Us?

At Red Bull Technology Group, you won’t just be supporting a team—you’ll be part of something bigger, a global iconic brand. You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture that fuels success, while enjoying exceptional benefits, some of which include:

  • Competitive salary + bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare & life assurance
  • Daily food allowance
  • On-site gym & fitness classes
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Workplace nursery & enhanced parental leave
