- Manage and coordinate the company's fleet (250+ vans).
- Monitor vehicle usage through the fleet tracker system.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced on time and remain fully compliant.
- Liaise with local garages and suppliers to arrange repairs and maintenance.
- Carry out regular checks on vehicle condition and compliance.
- Produce detailed reports on vehicle status, usage, and maintenance history.
- Track vehicles and update systems accurately.
- Proven experience managing a large fleet (ideally 250+ vans).
- Knowledge or exposure to plant machinery (e.g. diggers, excavators, low loaders, tipper wagons) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
