Family Solicitor
Job summary
A well-established Midlands firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to handle diverse Family Law matters. This role offers a supportive environment within a progressive practice, with opportunities for career development. Ideal candidates will be commercially astute and confident in managing their own caseload.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Private Law Children Matters.
- Familiarity with divorce and financial settlements.
- Knowledge of domestic violence and cohabitee disputes.
Responsibilities
- Manage caseload involving Family Law matters.
- Provide advice on divorce and pre/post nuptial agreements.
- Resolve disputes effectively.
