Family Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Southampton

The Role

You’ll manage a varied and stimulating caseload, including:

• Financial remedy work involving business assets, inherited wealth, and trusts
• Nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes
• Private children matters, including relocation, enforcement, and complex arrangements
• Domestic abuse protection and injunctive relief

You’ll be supported by senior lawyers who are leaders in their field and have access to high calibre clients, from professionals and entrepreneurs to high-net-worth individuals and families, often with cross‑jurisdictional or business interests.
