Family Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Winchester

The Role

You'll take on a varied, high-quality caseload including:

• Complex matrimonial finance work involving trusts, business assets, and inherited wealth
• Private children matters, including relocation and safeguarding cases
• Cohabitation disputes, pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse and injunctive applications
• Out-of-court dispute resolution, including mediation and collaborative law
