Salary: £60k-£75k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 2+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented mid- to senior-level Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly regarded, long-established firm in Hampshire. This firm has an outstanding reputation for handling a wide range of high-value and complex disputes across the UK and cross-border matters. You'll advise clients on all aspects of commercial litigation, from early strategic advice and investigations to advocacy, mediation, and trial preparation. The work is diverse, spanning contract, shareholder, professional negligence, and broader commercial disputes, offering real variety and intellectual challenge. You'll work closely with clients, witnesses, counsel, and experts, managing cases from beginning to end. You will also work alongside ranked partners on high-profile and complex litigation, developing your skills and reputation. The role also involves contributing to business development and client relationship management within a collaborative, high-performing team.
