Our client law firm based in Potters Bar is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them full-time. They are a property-focused law firm with an established client base, significant repeat business, referrals, and recommendations.
- Ideally 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Ability to work independently and handle high-volume residential conveyancing cases
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for client updates and liaising with solicitors and estate agents
- Ability to work independently with paralegal support, as part of a team with other conveyancers
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, flexible working, with at least 3 days in the office
- Parking: Free on-site
- Salary: Circa £60,000 + bonus (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Holidays: Standard plus additional bank holidays
