The Senior Legal Counsel will be:

  • Providing end-to-end legal support to other departments and teams within the unit.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (largely sales, procurement).
  • Supporting with corporate governance.
  • Managing relationships with core stakeholders.


The Successful Applicant

The Senior Legal Counsel should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with around 8‑10 years PQE in England & Wales.
  • Skilled in commercial contracts drafting and negotiation.
  • Experienced from private practice and in-house.
  • Experienced in industrial, engineering, or tech environments (desirable).
  • A proactive business partner with strong communication and advocacy skills.
  • Committed to integrity and adept at working in diverse, complex international settings.
