And if something’s not right? We fix it. We move fast and we make an impact. Are you ready to do the same?

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Director to join our team and help drive our product vision, strategy, and execution. You’ll be working closely with the Product and Development teams, and CEO and management team, to deliver impactful features and solutions that directly support our users and partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about product, design, and UI / UX, who thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to be part of a product‑focused, forward‑thinking tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the overall product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company vision, mission and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Evaluate new product development ideas for financial viability and create business cases to support the ideas.
  • Represent Product in the senior management team, presenting product insights, development ideas, and growth opportunities for consideration.
  • Proactively manage and maintain a feature request system, prioritising based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder input.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders – including the management team and partners – to gather detailed requirements for new features or enhancements.
  • Align cross‑functional teams – including Development, Product and Marketing – around a shared product vision and priorities.
  • Communicate product strategy and its progress clearly and compellingly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related discussions with the management team, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build strategic partner relationships, network with peers, and gain insights to inform product innovation and strategy.
Delivery & Execution
  • Ensure product goals are translated into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Development team to ensure a shared understanding of product priorities and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficient and high‑quality product development.
  • Drive continuous product improvement by analysing adoption, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform future product development.
  • Oversee delivery across multiple product streams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards.
  • Set and maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, and design quality across all products.
  • Lead and mentor the product team, enabling them to deliver polished UI, prototypes, and innovative solutions.
  • Validate design proposals through user research, testing, and iterative feedback, ensuring products meet UX and business expectations.
  • Advocate for a user‑centred culture, embedding customer/partner insights into product planning, feature prioritisation, and design choices.
  • Use data‑driven insights and qualitative feedback to iterate and improve product‑market fit.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and advocate for continuous improvement in all areas of the product, including accessibility, sustainability and user experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar product‑focused role in a software company.
  • Ability to define and communicate product vision, aligning product direction with company strategy, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Familiarity with agile working practices and an agile product development lifecycle.
  • Experience working alongside Product, Development, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to deliver the best outcomes for the business.
  • Skilled in market evaluation and positioning, identifying opportunities for growth, understanding the competitive landscape, and differentiating your product.
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in defining and delivering product roadmaps.

  • Experience working with a B2B / channel partnerships team and partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with the web hosting and telco industries.
  • Experience delivering online SaaS products.
  • Experience designing the UI/UX of a software product used by a large number of customers.
  • Responsibility for management of team members.
