Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator for a 3-month contract in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have strong BIM and Revit skills within architecture or urban design, managing workflows across projects. This role offers potential for contract extension or transition to a permanent position. The work will be hybrid with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM coordination experience within landscape, masterplanning, or urban design.
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills; Rhino and visualization tools (Lumion/Twinmotion) desirable.
• Solid understanding of BIM protocols and model management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM data across UK/international projects.
• Maintain BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650).
• Support teams with Revit, BIM360/ACC, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp.
• Deliver clash detection and model coordination.
• Contribute to BEPs, MIDPs, and project documentation.

Overview

We're looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator for a 3-month contract in Manchester. There may be an opportunity to extend the contract or turn into a permanent contract after this period for the right individual. The ideal candidate will have strong BIM and Revit skills within architecture, landscape, or urban design and be confident in managing BIM workflows across multi-disciplinary projects.
