Hours:39 hours per week,Monday Friday8:45am 5:15pm

Salary:£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience + 20% bonus (Uncapped)

We are now looking to recruit an additional member of the team. This role will be a mixture of: Business Development and Account Management, where you will be proactively calling clients to maximise business opportunities, find out about any upcoming requirements and discussing available candidates and recruitment solutions.

Duties Will Include

Identifying and winning new business opportunities.

Account management, working closely with your clients to establish a thorough understanding of their business to ensure their requirements are met.

  • Researching hiring companies and introducing applicants and recruitment services to them.
  • Looking for new opportunities through researching, talking to and reaching out to companies via telephone and email.
  • Following up on leads.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure client needs are met and services delivered.

You Will Need To Have

Previous sales, business development or account management experience is required

Customer focused approach with excellent communication skills

Confident managing your own workload and working independently as well as part of a team

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Good computer and administrative skills

Any previous recruitment agency experience would be advantageous
