Job summary
A technology recruitment firm is seeking a Software Engineer to develop Tech for Good SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java and a willingness to learn React and Golang. A Software Engineer / Software Developer opportunity for a business developing a range of ‘Tech for Good’ SaaS products.
This role would best suit candidates with Java software engineering backgrounds with a genuine interest in growing their technical skills, with options to learn Golang and React.
The role would join an established product team developing SaaS product for external customers across the UK, the work is mostly project based.
- Play a key role in the development of SaaS products used by a varied customer base
- Use Java, Spring and AWS as the core tech stack
- Follow Agile processes and implement software engineering best practice
- Work with end customers to understand key requirements
- Previous commercial experience with Java on customer facing applications
- Some exposure to one of the following, React, Python, Golang is preferred
- Comfortable following Agile and DevOps processes
- Team player who's keen to grow their tech skills
