- 8+ years of professional experience with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central.
- Led multiple end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Extensive experience in data migration and integrations.

- Provide strategic guidance on best practices and solution optimization.
- Contribute to business development activities including client presentations.
